I can't log onto my character screen!

So, I open wow, type in the password and press enter. It normally says all these things like 'Connecting' ,'Processing', 'Handshaking' etc. and comes to 'Connected' and should be able to say 'Loading character list' or something like that. It doesn't, it either dc's me or if I click cancel below 'Connected' it gets me to the Realm list and when I press enter on Ruin it eternally 'sits' there with 'Connected' again or just dc's me eventually <.< I need help, I wanna log in, but I can't D:

No x, it's cause I logged out on my own. If the server logged me out I'd understand, but I thought it was my fault or something :/
