pls help cata 4.0.6 issues

pls help i just d-loaded the torrent file for 4.0.6 then i changed realm list to "set realmlist logon.eternal-wow.com"
and when i logged in it was kind of alright then i started to notice that there were no Q-givers and no one except me on, and i started hitting dummies and mobs then i there were no response or anything.just me and moving npc and etc...what is wrong? have i done something in installing or etc?

Try the skypatcher.Withthat u cant play cata realms.
