Illustrious Blacksmithing Training to 525

I would just like to say that I am currently stuck at 450 blacksmithing and i am unable to advance to a higher proficiency, My profession trainer in Stormwind is not selling it for some odd reason, I also encountered another player as well regarding to the issue.
