Profession stacking is included in this category. We reserve the right to deny any person access to the services on this website at our discresion.

At all times players are subject to these rules in the Eternal-WoW server. These rules are subject to change at any time without notification to players.

1. The Eternal-WoW staff does not tolerate hacking of any sorts and when caught any offender will be permanently banned, no questions asked.
2. Glitching, and bug abusing is frowned upon as well, and repeated abuse can lead to a ban.
3. Conduct yourself respectably as excessive insulting of players, trolling, and spamming are not tolerated.
4. Respect all players, and especially any member of the Eternal-WoW staff.
5. Do not ask GM's for items, gold, or any special "advantage". Repetitive violations can lead to a temporary ban.
6. Before you make a ticket please ask other players in general for help.
7. Be respectful in your tickets and describe the issue in a coherent manner being as grammatically proper as possible.
8. When making a ticket be as descriptive as possible, tickets saying "Help please", or "GM talk to me" will be immediately deleted. Instead describe the issue you are facing for example, "GM there is a bug abuser in the arena and his name is ______"
9. Report all bugs found to the Eternal-WoW forums in the bug section, please do not make a ticket.
10. Do not pose as a staff member, characters and guilds imitating staff will result in immediate removal and a lifetime ban.

Refunds
Eternal-WoW will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are banned, you will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a refund. If you unexpectedly did not receive your donation award, and don't have any proof of your donation, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your donation refund on the forums, and we will review your case. But we 95% guarantee that you will receive your donation award. But if you're not ready to take these minute risks, please refrain from donation to Eternal-WoW. It's not integral for you to donate, it's completely optional and at your own risk.

Exchange
If you for any reason have your donation item damaged, broken, lost, etc... you will not receive an exchange unless you have opaque proof of your donation. You may present an un-edited screenshot of your donation receipt. You may also email your donation receipt to the Game Master assisting you in your donation award(s). The Game Master has the authority to replace your donation item if he feels the receipt you've presented is real

Rewards
When you donate to Eternal-WoW, it is understood that you're actually "donating" at your own risk. Donation items are exclusively rewards for your consideration into donating to Eternal-WoW. Donations items are subject to change at any time for balancing purposes. You're not paying for any service, you're donating to keep our servers up. We're not selling virtual items, when you donate, you take the risk(s) involved in donating as listed in the "Refund Policy". We 100% guarantee you that all donations go for the maintenance for the website and servers.
